In the Energy area IFM carries out energy audits and diagnostics, energy services and Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), photovoltaic systems and efficiency upgrades, with the aim of cutting consumption and emissions and optimising costs.
As an ESCo (Energy Service Company), IFM manages the entire energy cycle and funds efficiency works partly or entirely from the savings they generate, through Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), making efficiency measurable and self-financing.
IFM manages electrical, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, lift, fire protection and special systems, ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance and optimised consumption.
