IFM services, in plain terms
IFM offers three integrated service areas: Hard Facility (plant and energy), Works (construction and restoration) and Soft Facility (workplace services), acting as a single point of contact for public and private organisations.
Hard Facility covers the management and both routine and extraordinary maintenance of technical plant, together with the operation and monitoring of infrastructure. It is split into the Energy area (energy services and EPC contracts as an ESCo) and the Maintenance area.
The Works service covers construction, plant installation, refurbishment and conservation restoration: building and upgrading properties and plant to the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability.
Soft Facility covers integrated services for looking after working environments: civil and industrial cleaning, sanitisation and environmental hygiene, landscaping, concierge services and support for day-to-day activities.
Yes. IFM manages Hard Facility, Works and Soft Facility in an integrated way as a single point of contact, coordinating services through its 24/7 control room and the proprietary ISI FM® platform.
